Daisy Chain Connection
Connect up to 30 units in series for simplified installation
The HiluX DS8 features a dual-cable connection box that allows units to be wired in series. Simply run a cable from the output of one connection box to the input of the next — no additional junction boxes or splitters needed.
LED Driver Output
Black cable connects directly to the LED driver powering this unit's downlight.
Push-in Terminal Block
6-pole terminal with dual L, N, E connections. Both sides are identical — connect either cable to either side.

Why the EPD matters
The HiluX DS8 is covered by a third-party verified Environmental Product Declaration, registered with The International EPD® System and prepared to ISO 14025 and EN 15804:2012+A2:2019 — the standard required for construction products in building life-cycle assessments.
EPD documentation is increasingly a requirement in new-build projects: building regulations such as the Danish BR18 set binding climate (CO₂) limits that must be documented with a whole-building LCA, and sustainability certifications like DGNB, BREEAM and LEED credit the use of EPD-documented products. With the DS8's verified EPD, architects, engineers and contractors can plug exact, verified climate data for the luminaire straight into the building's LCA calculation — instead of relying on conservative generic data.
