General
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with Light Solutions ApS (CVR: 37298034), Michael Drewsens Vej 12, DK-8270 Højbjerg, Denmark. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders and Pricing
- All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
- B2B prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable
- We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice
- An order is binding once you receive an order confirmation from us
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or other valid reasons
Payment
We accept payment via bank transfer and invoice (for approved B2B customers). Payment terms are specified on the invoice. Late payments may incur interest charges in accordance with Danish law.
Delivery
- We ship to Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and other European countries
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery
- Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and destination
Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Purchases)
For consumer purchases, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the goods, in accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (forbrugeraftaleloven). To exercise this right:
- Contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the goods
- Return the goods in their original packaging and unused condition
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods
Custom-made products (including 3D printed items made to specification) are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
Warranty and Complaints
All products are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act (kobeloven), which provides a 24-month warranty for consumer purchases. If you discover a defect:
- Contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]
- Describe the issue and include photos if possible
- We will assess the complaint and offer repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate
B2B Terms
For business customers, the following additional terms apply:
- Minimum order quantities may apply for certain products
- Trade pricing is available upon request and approval
- Payment terms are net 14 days unless otherwise agreed
- Warranty follows the Danish Sale of Goods Act for commercial transactions
Limitation of Liability
Light Solutions ApS is not liable for indirect losses, including lost profits or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including product images, descriptions, and the HiluX brand, is the property of Light Solutions ApS and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be settled by the Danish courts.
